Tikrit Jewel Project, Al Douyoum, Tikrit , Iraq.

• The project is located on a land of 336,655 m2 on a prime location , only 5 minutes from Tikrit city center and 1 minute form the Baghdad – Mosul highway

• Six types of villas are proposed , on lands between 250 m2 and 600 m2 and with built-up areas of between 125 and 380 m2 .

• The project will include a monumental direct road linking the project with the main Tikrit Highway, a mosque, a 10.000 m2 school, a 10.000 m2 mall including cinemas, restaurants, cafes and a private club including a Gym and 2 swimming pools.

The project’s execution started in April 2012.
