The finalization of the first phase is going according to the plan.
The infrastructure works have been started in March.
A bridge is being built in order to link Tikrit Jewel directly to the Tikrit – Mosul Highway.
This shortens the actual distance from Tikrit Jewel to the city center to only 5 to 10 minutes.
About 125 houses are being actually finished with external and internal tiling for delivery during 2014. In addition, the rest of the phases are being constructed at the time being and according to schedule.
